Key Responsibilities
- Provide tier II support for payroll processing and integrated HRIS modules
- Assist with testing system changes, report writing, and data accuracy analysis
- Collaborate with service teams to enhance HRIS functionality and support process improvements
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree with at least 2 years of HRIS experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience with PrismHR, payroll, or similar HRIS platforms preferred
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills preferred

- Exceptional customer service skills and ability to work independently
