Job Summary

A company is looking for an HRIS Specialist to provide technical support for client-facing technology offerings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide tier II support for payroll processing and integrated HRIS modules
  • Assist with testing system changes, report writing, and data accuracy analysis
  • Collaborate with service teams to enhance HRIS functionality and support process improvements
Required Qualifications
  • Associate degree with at least 2 years of HRIS experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience with PrismHR, payroll, or similar HRIS platforms preferred
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills preferred
  • Commitment to advancing racial equity, diversity, and inclusion practices
  • Exceptional customer service skills and ability to work independently
