Required Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience in Physician Compensation or related field within a healthcare environment
- 3+ years of experience in a leadership role
- Expertise in physician compensation design and healthcare finance, including knowledge of regulatory compliance
- Proficiency in compensation modeling tools and HRIS systems
