Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Physician Compensation or related field within a healthcare environment
• 3+ years of experience in a leadership role
• Expertise in physician compensation design and healthcare finance, including knowledge of regulatory compliance
• Proficiency in compensation modeling tools and HRIS systems
