Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of competitive compensation programs
- Analyze job roles to determine appropriate compensation grades and maintain salary structures
- Develop and maintain reporting tools and assist in compensation training materials
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2-3 years' experience in Compensation preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced MS Excel
- Experience with data collection, analytics, and reporting
- High level of confidentiality required
