Key Responsibilities
- Develops and implements strategies for total rewards, including compensation and benefits packages
- Oversees employee benefit programs, payroll, and ensures compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Provides leadership and performance management to direct reports while managing vendor relations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 7 years of relevant experience in Total Rewards
- 3 years of experience using an HRIS system and compensation tools
- 3 years of experience as a direct manager of people in Total Rewards
- In-depth knowledge of compensation administration and U.S. benefits design
