Recruitment Analytics Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruitment Analytics Specialist - Power BI.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with global TA leadership to deliver and analyze recruiting metrics, identifying bottlenecks and inefficiencies
• Analyze and communicate data for executive reporting, partnering closely with leadership
• Leverage historical data for forecasting hiring needs and proactively building talent pipelines

Required Qualifications

• At least 3 years of People Data Analytics experience supporting Talent Acquisition
• 1-2 years of experience developing Business Intelligence dashboards and reports
• Demonstrable track record of stakeholder management and executive influence
• Proficiency in Power BI, SmartRecruiters, and Workday
• Experience with ETL of data using Python or similar technologies is a plus
