Job Summary
A company is looking for a Recruitment Analytics Specialist - Power BI.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with global TA leadership to deliver and analyze recruiting metrics, identifying bottlenecks and inefficiencies
- Analyze and communicate data for executive reporting, partnering closely with leadership
- Leverage historical data for forecasting hiring needs and proactively building talent pipelines
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of People Data Analytics experience supporting Talent Acquisition
- 1-2 years of experience developing Business Intelligence dashboards and reports
- Demonstrable track record of stakeholder management and executive influence
- Proficiency in Power BI, SmartRecruiters, and Workday
- Experience with ETL of data using Python or similar technologies is a plus
