Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in software engineering or related fields
- 1+ years of in-house startup recruiting experience
- Proficient with recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Ashby
- Ability to leverage data and analytics to optimize recruitment strategies
- Experience in maintaining high candidate quality and diversity in pipelines
