Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sourcing and scheduling within the tech industry
• Proven track record of building diverse candidate pipelines across various disciplines
• Experience with boolean searching techniques
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Lever
• Ability to manage a high volume of candidates effectively
