Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in sourcing and scheduling within the tech industry
- Proven track record of building diverse candidate pipelines across various disciplines
- Experience with boolean searching techniques
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Lever
- Ability to manage a high volume of candidates effectively
