Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Expert in South Korea.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and select relevant software for payroll execution, ensuring compliance with Deel product technology requirements
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll execution and prepare internal payroll reports for compliance with local tax authorities
• Act as a regional subject matter expert, addressing complex payroll and HR inquiries and driving continuous improvement in payroll processes

Required Qualifications

• Native Korean language expertise and conversational English proficiency
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field
• 4+ years of payroll and HR experience in the relevant country
• Strong knowledge of local payroll regulations and policies
• Advanced knowledge of local payroll software solutions and intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
