• Lead end-to-end hiring processes, including designing interview frameworks and managing candidate pipelines
• Partner with product and engineering leaders to shape hiring strategies and improve candidate experiences
• Utilize data analytics to track hiring performance and drive operational improvements

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in hiring for engineering and product roles in SaaS or technology companies
• Ability to lead technical hiring for senior and complex roles
• Experience in structured hiring design, including scorecards and evaluation frameworks
• Strong stakeholder partnership skills with engineering and product leaders
• Familiarity with modern ATS systems and data-driven hiring metrics
