Job Summary
A company is looking for a SuccessFactors Analyst to support and improve HR systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1-3 technical support for SuccessFactors and other HR systems, resolving issues and implementing solutions
- Manage regular audits by generating reports to ensure HR data governance compliance
- Monitor and test semi-annual SuccessFactors release functionality and implement process improvements as needed
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience administering and configuring SuccessFactors
- Experience managing tickets (Tier 1-3) across the platform
- Strong time management skills with a focus on meeting deadlines
- Proficiency in SuccessFactors reporting, including Canvas or Table reporting
- Demonstrated accountability and results-oriented approach
