Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior People Business Partner to join their People team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as an internal advisor to senior managers and department leads to support organizational health and team effectiveness
  • Lead workforce planning, performance management, and succession planning efforts within supported functions
  • Coach managers on team dynamics, performance issues, and engagement strategies
Required Qualifications
  • 6+ years of progressive People/HRBP experience, with at least 3 years supporting senior leaders and executives
  • Experience supporting 200 employees in an HRBP role, particularly in Engineering, Product, and Design functions
  • Prior experience in high-growth, scaling startups, preferably in Edtech or AI companies
  • Strong understanding of business operations, organizational design, and performance management initiatives
  • Deep knowledge of employment laws, leave guidelines, and HR best practices
