Job Summary

A company is looking for a Representative, HR Services (LOA).

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and process leave of absence transactions using various systems
  • Communicate with associates and internal partners to ensure smooth administration of LOAs
  • Provide customer service and support to associates regarding leave policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience in leave of absence administration and knowledge of related federal and state laws preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PeopleSoft
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
  • Demonstrated functional and technical knowledge relevant to the role
