A company is looking for a Representative, HR Services (LOA).
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and process leave of absence transactions using various systems
- Communicate with associates and internal partners to ensure smooth administration of LOAs
- Provide customer service and support to associates regarding leave policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience in leave of absence administration and knowledge of related federal and state laws preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PeopleSoft
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
- Demonstrated functional and technical knowledge relevant to the role
