Key Responsibilities

- Support change management efforts, including communication planning and training strategies
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a project management role
- Strong project management skills, ideally with formal training (e.g., PMP, Agile, Lean)
- Thorough knowledge of people operations and applicable federal and state regulations
- Strong competency with HRIS systems
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
