Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Lay Engagement, Leadership & Board Engagement (LDBE).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and guide lay leader engagement with AJC to strengthen advocacy work and business operations
• Implement a comprehensive framework for lay advocacy opportunities and standardize lay engagement structures
• Develop and execute departmental strategies, goals, and action plans while collaborating across departments

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 10+ years of related work experience
• Passion for the mission and goals of the organization
• Ability to work collaboratively with individuals from diverse backgrounds
• Proficient with Microsoft suite and emerging technologies for relationship management
