Key Responsibilities
- Review and edit job descriptions to align with internal job leveling guidelines
- Conduct market pricing and ensure FLSA compliance through audits and analysis
- Provide internal equity analysis and salary recommendations for new positions and retention situations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience in data analysis and market pricing
- Knowledge of HR and compensation laws and regulations
- Intermediate Excel skills for data analysis and visualization
- Workday and Mercer Job Library experience preferred
