- Proven success in sourcing and engaging passive candidates using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter
- Proficient in Workday, CRM tools, Boolean sourcing, and recruitment analytics
- Demonstrated competencies in talent assessment, market intelligence, and relationship building
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
