Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and document configuration, design, requirements, testing, and audits
- Support training and communication related to configuration and system capabilities
- Participate in client meetings and facilitate decision-making for process improvements
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in the insurance industry
- Strong understanding of benefit configuration and claims examining
- Knowledge of CPT/HCPCS Procedure codes, revenue codes, and ICD 10
- High aptitude for working with numbers and coordinating activities
- High School/GED required; Associate Degree preferred
