Job Summary
A company is looking for a People Operations Associate to support the employee experience and HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes
- Serve as the main point of contact for employee questions through the People team's Jira ticketing system
- Maintain and update employee records in Workday, including processing job changes and auditing data
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms, particularly Workday
- Solid understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment law compliance
- Strong analytical skills to collect, interpret, and report on HR data
- High level of discretion and integrity in handling confidential information
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
