Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, configuration, and testing of time and attendance systems, focusing on ADP WFM
- Oversee the development of time rules, accruals, and scheduling workflows in collaboration with HR and Payroll
- Manage data mapping and integration efforts between timekeeping, payroll, and HR systems

- Strong experience leading time and attendance or workforce management initiatives, including ADP WFM
- Deep understanding of scheduling, accruals, and labor compliance requirements
