Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Recruiting Operations team, providing structure and guidance
- Own and improve recruiting systems and workflows, including ATS and integrations
- Partner with finance and HR to develop frameworks for headcount planning and TA capacity tracking
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in recruiting operations or talent systems roles, with 3+ years in people management
- Strong background in managing ATS systems and workflows, preferably Greenhouse
- Experience translating recruiting data into actionable insights
- Success in leading cross-functional projects involving technical systems and processes
- Flexible, systems-oriented approach with strategic and tactical capabilities
