A company is looking for a Head of Talent Acquisition & Recruiting.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate hiring roadmap into a recruiting pipeline and action plan
- Proactively source top-tier DTC/eCommerce talent and develop candidate nurturing campaigns
- Serve as the primary hiring partner to leadership and advise on organizational design and team planning
Required Qualifications
- 5-10+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
- Strong exposure to DTC/eCommerce brands
- Proven ability to source and manage pipelines for executives and offshore talent
- Experience working with lean teams and building effective processes
- Ability to move fast and maintain high-quality candidate experiences
