Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Operations Sr Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide advanced HR-related customer service and act as an escalation point for complex cases
  • Manage process documentation and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations
  • Create and analyze reports, oversee audits, and manage onboarding and transitions for new employees
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Professional in Human Resources (PHR) designation or SHRM preferred
  • Understanding of procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Strong organizational skills and advanced math skills for financial calculations
