A company is looking for a People Operations Sr Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide advanced HR-related customer service and act as an escalation point for complex cases
- Manage process documentation and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations
- Create and analyze reports, oversee audits, and manage onboarding and transitions for new employees
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Professional in Human Resources (PHR) designation or SHRM preferred
- Understanding of procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Strong organizational skills and advanced math skills for financial calculations
