Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Credentialing and Provider Enrollment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the Credentialing and Enrollment teams, managing approximately 20 employees
• Maintain and report on team performance metrics and KPIs, seeking continuous improvement
• Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures for process standardization and productivity enhancement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 7+ years of experience in provider credentialing within a healthcare environment
• Strong knowledge of CAQH and NCQA guidelines and credentialing best practices
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• In-depth understanding of state regulations and the end-to-end credentialing process
