Job Summary
A company is looking for a Compensation Manager to provide analytical and operational support for compensation processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and scale compensation processes, including salary and equity reviews
- Collaborate with Finance and People Business Partners on budgeting and compensation decisions
- Build and maintain equity burn models and manage compensation systems for data integrity
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in compensation, people analytics, or a related field
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for building and maintaining compensation models
- Familiarity with compensation survey data and job leveling frameworks
- Experience using compensation and equity platforms, particularly Carta and Pave
- Experience in high-growth or pre-IPO environments is a plus
