Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compensation Manager to provide analytical and operational support for compensation processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute and scale compensation processes, including salary and equity reviews
  • Collaborate with Finance and People Business Partners on budgeting and compensation decisions
  • Build and maintain equity burn models and manage compensation systems for data integrity
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in compensation, people analytics, or a related field
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for building and maintaining compensation models
  • Familiarity with compensation survey data and job leveling frameworks
  • Experience using compensation and equity platforms, particularly Carta and Pave
  • Experience in high-growth or pre-IPO environments is a plus
