Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist Level II.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for various technical and business roles
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to create tailored recruitment strategies
  • Implement proactive sourcing strategies to identify and engage top-tier candidates
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment
  • Familiarity with ATS systems, especially Lever; experience with Dayforce HRIS is a plus
  • Strong understanding of both technical and non-technical roles
  • Proven ability to build relationships with hiring managers and coach throughout the hiring process
