Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for various technical and business roles
- Collaborate with hiring managers to create tailored recruitment strategies
- Implement proactive sourcing strategies to identify and engage top-tier candidates
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment
- Familiarity with ATS systems, especially Lever; experience with Dayforce HRIS is a plus
- Strong understanding of both technical and non-technical roles
- Proven ability to build relationships with hiring managers and coach throughout the hiring process
