A company is looking for a Sr. Representative, HR Services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide counsel and guidance on HR policies and procedures to various leaders and associates
- Review and approve involuntary separation requests and facilitate ADA Interactive conversations
- Assist in evaluating HR training needs and recommend policy changes based on analytics
Required Qualifications
- Two or more years of HR experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent analytical and customer service skills
