Key Responsibilities
- Complete onboarding checklist for new hires and ensure compliance with wage laws
- Review new hire paperwork for accuracy and manage corrections to Form I-9
- Communicate with hiring managers and employees to resolve onboarding issues
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of work experience, preferably in HR or office administration
- Experience with new hire processing and I-9 compliance preferred
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
- General knowledge of Human Resources employment practices
