Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Reporting Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to gather report requirements and provide guidance on reporting solutions
  • Develop and deliver complex reports and dashboards to support HR and business needs
  • Manage ongoing and ad-hoc reporting requests, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with legal and regulatory standards
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, Business Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Workday reporting, including advanced reporting and dashboard creation
  • Advanced-level proficiency in Workday Report Writer and experience with Workday Adaptive Planning
  • Experience with Visier or similar workforce analytics platforms
  • Strong understanding of HR data and employee lifecycle processes
