Key Responsibilities:
- Design and manage compensation strategies and salary structures aligned with company goals
- Manage health and welfare benefits programs, including various insurance plans
- Oversee the implementation and optimization of HRIS and HCM technology solutions
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in compensation and benefits, with 2+ years in a Director level role
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Professional HR certification, preferably CCP or CEBS
- Experience in designing and managing competitive and compliant salary structures and benefit programs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools
