Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee relations issues and develop strategies to enhance engagement and retention
- Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding and performance management
- Partner with leadership to develop HR strategies aligned with business goals and ensure compliance with employment laws
Required Qualifications
- 5-8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 4 years in a remote workforce or call center environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in employee relations, performance management, and HR operations
- Strong understanding of federal and state employment laws
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
