A company is looking for an HR System Consultant (Exempt).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical and functional support for HR-specific applications
• Assist in the enhancement and implementation of HR systems and processes
• Lead projects and evaluate new applications to meet business needs

Required Qualifications

• BS degree or equivalent experience required
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Systems, Information Technology, or related fields
• 3+ years of relevant Workday experience preferred
• Strong analytical skills and results-oriented mindset
• Ability to operate independently and handle confidential information
