Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical and functional support for HR-specific applications
- Assist in the enhancement and implementation of HR systems and processes

Required Qualifications
- BS degree or equivalent experience required
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Systems, Information Technology, or related fields
- 3+ years of relevant Workday experience preferred
- Strong analytical skills and results-oriented mindset
- Ability to operate independently and handle confidential information
