A company is looking for a Provider Recruitment Specialist to screen, recruit, and contract providers for a nationwide backup care network.
Key Responsibilities
- Research markets to identify potential backup care providers and prioritize recruitment efforts
- Engage and persuade qualified providers to join the network while managing the recruitment process
- Negotiate rates and maintain relationships with contracted providers, ensuring accurate documentation
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate Degree preferred
- 2 years of experience in customer service, recruitment, vendor management, or sales required
- 3 years of relevant experience may substitute for the degree requirement
- Experience with contract negotiation preferred
- Proficiency in basic Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
