Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Onboarding and Talent Acquisition Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize end-to-end talent acquisition processes, focusing on onboarding excellence and employer branding
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and conduct audits as necessary
• Develop and manage internship and early-career talent programs to attract diverse candidates

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience
• HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) preferred
• At least seven years of Human Resources experience in recruitment and onboarding
• A minimum of three years of leadership experience preferred
• Experience in managing compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
