Key Responsibilities
- Lead and optimize end-to-end talent acquisition processes, focusing on onboarding excellence and employer branding
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and conduct audits as necessary
- Develop and manage internship and early-career talent programs to attract diverse candidates
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience
- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) preferred
- At least seven years of Human Resources experience in recruitment and onboarding
- A minimum of three years of leadership experience preferred
- Experience in managing compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
