Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of HR experience with a focus on compensation cycles and HR operations
- Industry experience in software development or technology
- Global Total Rewards and HR operations experience, particularly in the U.S. and Europe
- High-level proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with Radford for benchmarking and compensation analysis
