- Manage escalated system and reporting requests while ensuring client satisfaction

Required Qualifications

- Minimum 3 years of related work experience or equivalent education and experience
- Experience with Workday and shared services in HR/Payroll
- Familiarity with Labor Relations/Unions
- Preferred: Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in a related field
