Key Responsibilities
- Manage timelines and deliverables for Pre-Apprenticeship and Apprenticeship programs, ensuring effective planning and implementation
- Lead recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes for program participants, including updating application materials and tracking submissions
- Contribute to program development and improvement, collaborating with stakeholders to enhance participant experiences and outcomes
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in workforce development or program management
- Strong proficiency in G Suite platforms
- Ability to work virtually
- Knowledge of and/or work experience in school food and workforce development is preferred
