Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Coordinator, Multi-State Workforce Programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage timelines and deliverables for Pre-Apprenticeship and Apprenticeship programs, ensuring effective planning and implementation
  • Lead recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes for program participants, including updating application materials and tracking submissions
  • Contribute to program development and improvement, collaborating with stakeholders to enhance participant experiences and outcomes
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in workforce development or program management
  • Strong proficiency in G Suite platforms
  • Ability to work virtually
  • Knowledge of and/or work experience in school food and workforce development is preferred
