Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a dedicated people analytics consultant, building relationships with leaders and HR partners

- Ensure high data quality and consistency in people analytics for the business area
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in a people analytics or data science role
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation
- Experience with statistical programming languages such as R or Python
- Master's degree in a quantitative field like I/O Psychology, Data Science, Statistics, or Economics
- Proactive approach to identifying opportunities for people insights to address business challenges
