A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support talent acquisition efforts, particularly in clinical recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the Healthcare Recruiter to support full-cycle recruitment, including candidate screening and interview coordination
- Coordinate high volumes of interviews and candidate communications while maintaining flexibility and composure
- Manage resume intake and maintain organized records within the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous experience in recruitment within a healthcare or clinical setting required
- Familiarity with clinical job functions and terminology is highly desirable
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook; experience with Applicant Tracking Systems is a plus
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment
