Key Responsibilities
- Maintain individual provider files and ensure completion of credentialing applications
- Update provider profiles in CAQH and manage annual license renewals
- Collaborate with coding and billing staff to resolve credentialing-related issues
Required Qualifications
- 4 years of credentialing experience preferred
- 4 years of experience in a medical practice business office role required
- Knowledge of provider credentialing and its impact on revenue cycle
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
