Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and negotiate physician agreements and records
• Onboard new physicians and collect necessary documentation
• Assist physician reviewers and collaborate with internal teams for network coverage

Required Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience in physician recruitment within a healthcare or insurance setting
• Equivalent transferable skills will be considered
• Prior experience in a healthcare and/or insurance business environment is preferred
• Working knowledge of physician networks and medical terminology
