Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Operations Senior Specialist- Contractor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR inquiries and manage the ticketing system
  • Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems and generate reports
  • Administer leave of absence requests and assist with benefits enrollment and administration
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in HR, administration, or office coordination
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification (preferred)
  • Experience with HRIS and project management tools
  • Customer service orientation to provide a positive employee experience
