A company is looking for a People Operations Senior Specialist- Contractor.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR inquiries and manage the ticketing system
- Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems and generate reports
- Administer leave of absence requests and assist with benefits enrollment and administration
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in HR, administration, or office coordination
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification (preferred)
- Experience with HRIS and project management tools
- Customer service orientation to provide a positive employee experience
