Key Responsibilities
- Design and maintain scalable HRIS processes to support growth and enhance user experience
- Configure and manage Workday reports, dashboards, and security
- Provide functional support and training for end-users and evaluate HRIS needs
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience with Workday (Core HCM, Advanced Compensation, Report Writing)
- Understanding of HR processes and annual programs
- Basic knowledge of integrations
- Experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration
- Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
