Job Summary

A company is looking for an Attorney Recruiting Coordinator to support its recruiting efforts in Northern California, Oregon, or Washington.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source and screen candidates for lateral positions and prepare interview summaries
  • Coordinate all stages of the attorney recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and onboarding new hires
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and create reports on hiring activity
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required; three or more years of law firm or attorney search firm recruiting experience preferred
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with LinkedIn Recruiter preferred
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with strong relationship-building skills
  • Capable of working independently and managing multiple deadlines effectively
