Job Summary
A company is looking for a Recruiter to support the recruitment process for a Call Center.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies for internal and external positions, ensuring compliance with processes and laws
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for high-volume roles, including candidate sourcing and interviewing
- Collaborate with hiring managers and maintain partnerships with employment agencies to meet staffing needs
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience
- 1 to 2 years of human resources experience, preferably in a recruiting role
- Intermediate knowledge of PC applications
- Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
