Key Responsibilities
- Lead benefits strategy and execution for a global workforce, ensuring programs are competitive and compliant
- Partner with leadership and consultants to design scalable benefits programs across various offerings
- Drive annual benefits renewal, vendor negotiations, and compliance activities in collaboration with Legal and Finance
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of relevant experience in Total Rewards for high-growth organizations, preferably in a SaaS environment
- Experience with financial and rewards modeling, including stock options and equity vehicles
- International compensation and benefits experience is a plus
- Proven ability to analyze people-centric data and interact with senior leaders
- Prior experience in a high-growth, fast-paced tech or SaaS environment strongly preferred
