Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR Operations Specialist to join their People Operations team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage employee inquiries and HR inbox, resolving operational issues
- Ensure HR processes comply with labor laws and maintain employee records
- Oversee the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in HR preferred
- Minimum of two years of experience in Human Resources or related field
- Strong understanding of HR principles and employment laws
- Proficiency in Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with HR Information Systems, preferably Workday
