Associate Recruiter

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Recruiter to assist with sourcing and onboarding efforts for various roles in Chronic Care Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with sourcing and onboarding for a variety of roles
• Create and implement effective sourcing strategies for recruitment
• Interface with both the business and candidates throughout the recruiting process

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of previous work experience in recruiting
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Experience with high volume recruiting and agency background preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and Applicant Tracking Systems
• Previous experience in Healthcare Recruiting is a plus
