Key Responsibilities
- Assist with sourcing and onboarding for a variety of roles
- Create and implement effective sourcing strategies for recruitment
- Interface with both the business and candidates throughout the recruiting process
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of previous work experience in recruiting
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Experience with high volume recruiting and agency background preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and Applicant Tracking Systems
- Previous experience in Healthcare Recruiting is a plus
