Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Reporting Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and submission of EEO reports and advocate for diversity and inclusion initiatives
• Oversee the collection and analysis of workforce demographics and design HR KPIs to evaluate initiatives
• Develop dashboards and visualizations to present KPI data and analyze employee engagement survey results

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field
• 5+ years of HR experience, with 2-3 years in reporting/analytics
• Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools and HRIS systems
• In-depth knowledge of EEO regulations and diversity metrics
• Strong analytical skills with a strategic mindset
