A company is looking for an HR Reporting Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation and submission of EEO reports and advocate for diversity and inclusion initiatives
- Oversee the collection and analysis of workforce demographics and design HR KPIs to evaluate initiatives
- Develop dashboards and visualizations to present KPI data and analyze employee engagement survey results
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field
- 5+ years of HR experience, with 2-3 years in reporting/analytics
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools and HRIS systems
- In-depth knowledge of EEO regulations and diversity metrics
- Strong analytical skills with a strategic mindset
