Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute recruiting strategies, manage talent pipelines, and oversee the Employee Referral Program
- Oversee budget management for the Talent Acquisition department and allocate resources effectively
- Partner with organizational leaders to analyze hiring needs and trends, providing data-informed insights for recruitment decisions
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 15 years of experience in recruiting, agency staffing, or talent acquisition
- 10 years of experience with high-volume contact center recruiting
- 5 years of experience with executive-level recruiting
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and proficiency in MS Office
