Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee budget management for the Talent Acquisition department and allocate resources effectively
  • Partner with organizational leaders to analyze hiring needs and trends, providing data-informed insights for recruitment decisions
Required Qualifications
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 15 years of experience in recruiting, agency staffing, or talent acquisition
  • 10 years of experience with high-volume contact center recruiting
  • 5 years of experience with executive-level recruiting
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and proficiency in MS Office
