Senior Manager, EDIB Initiatives

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, EDIB (Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging) Strategic Initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic guidance and operational support to Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and councils
• Develop and manage project plans and reporting tools to track EDIB initiatives and progress
• Lead community partnerships and staff engagement initiatives to promote EDIB values

Required Qualifications

• 7 - 10 years of relevant experience in EDIB, HR, organizational change, or project management
• Fluency in Spanish and English
• Strong understanding of DEI frameworks and inclusive leadership principles
• Experience managing confidential organizational information
• Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office applications
