Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, EDIB (Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging) Strategic Initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic guidance and operational support to Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and councils
- Develop and manage project plans and reporting tools to track EDIB initiatives and progress
- Lead community partnerships and staff engagement initiatives to promote EDIB values
Required Qualifications
- 7 - 10 years of relevant experience in EDIB, HR, organizational change, or project management
- Fluency in Spanish and English
- Strong understanding of DEI frameworks and inclusive leadership principles
- Experience managing confidential organizational information
- Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office applications
